Sowing field in Anyuakland
Men sowing seed into small holes dug in a field and covering them with earth using their feet. A youth holding a gourd container of seed stands nearby. Predominantly agriculturalists, the Anuak clear the fields (often in forest soil) sometime around March and April and sow in May as the rains come on. The location is noted as Cam-war-Akwei's village, Utalo.
