A small weaver bird nest hangs delicately from a grass stem in the treeless floodplain typical of western Anyuakland south of Akobo as far as Utalo on the Oboth and Nyighum on the Akobo, and may have been taken during his march back to Akobo in May 1935 along the Oboth river.
