August 17, 2010 (GAMBELLA) - Five towns of Gambella State got access wireless telephone, the Ethiopian Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) said.
ETC Gambella Region General Manager, Asfaw Negash told ENA on Monday that the corporation has installed more than 64,000 wireless telephone lines in Abebo, Mitte, Fugnido, Dima and Etang towns.
Asfaw said all woredas of the State will get access to both wireless and regular line telephones except Abebo woreda within the next three months.
