The formation of the new state can be a part of the legitimate rights if it does not carried hidden visions that will destroy the public aspirations after achieving it, and it can be a political coup on question of law if the founders aiming to revenge against the entire family or partially. The citizens of the state as a whole have legitimate rights to refuse the proposal if they believe that it will endanger their lives or weaken the state and they can exercise their rights by referendum in which all citizens will participate.

I have been watching and hearing the intension of Murle (Murlo) people to break away from Jonglei state in order to form a new state that will carry a new name already in the maternity hospital where the abnormal baby should be born.

When I asked one of the Murle (Murlo) men to tell me about the reasons that let them to think of breaking away from Jonglei state. He precisely said that they are breaking away because of two tribes dominating everything in the state and killing them, but I was surprise when he appealed that the Anyuak must file same demand along side with Murle (Murlo), and he forgot that his people invaded Anyuak villages in the year 2oo6 and killed dozens of people.

Now the simple question will arise: How can the Anyuak join the Murle boat  designed by NCP since 1991 when the central government provided former police corporal Ismaiel Konyi with weapons to wipe out the Anyuak from their mother land because they refused to join government militias. We are the very people of principles and we cannot one day betray, undermine southerners because of powers or wealth.

The Anyuak system known by Europeans over the past long history built on reality, truths and mutual respect with those who neighboured us, we are looking for peace at any cost and we are ready to sign a permanent peace with all tribes around. The small cattle’s we possessed must go to those who worship it to avoid any confrontation.

We better stand on our head before we could step in a dirty games and work together to address the issues that brought to us disagreement over the past century until these days.

Every family(Tribe) must know the causes of our disagreement, then we can renounce them and asked forgiveness from any party, it does not mean that you are coward when you appeal forgiveness, but you are the hero.

I do believe that Murle (Murlo) citizens in the villages are not accountable for what they are doing, but there are masterminded leaders fuelling the brutality and they are beneficiaries if Murle fighters lose or win.

The leadership of Murle (Murlo) today is quietly different from the one I have known during the era of late (Jakor) father of the great teacher and great leader (Rieo Jakor). Jakor was in position of Judge and no single citizen raise a claim against him one day, he was capable to link his tribe with all neighbours. Some families of Anyuak , Dinka and Nuers picked up Murle (Murlo) names to be their kid’s names because of the good relationship they lived

I personally believed that killing innocent citizens unjustified under any circumstances from any one of those tribes living in one state because this generations are different from the previous generations, we have Drs representing your case at international arbitration court, there is no much ignorance to hang on it the brutality and Luo tribes has changed and renamed the white house as well as Dr Garang changed Sharia laws in Sudan.

I don’t  a greed with those with an opinions of breaking away from the state because of power sharing and tribalism, people will not die in one day, your time will come and if not it is not the end of the world, but claim peacefully.

During war time Pochalla was a part of Pibor county headed by junior soldier Ismaiel Konyi  for nearly ten years after Komain Tenge, and some of the Anyuak leaders from inside didn’t one day claimed commissionership post, worrying that they will be reported to the security intelligence. In 1998 I personally asked both Dr Riek Gai and Dr Riek Machar in separate meeting why people of Pochalla are not allowed to take over commissionership post in Pibor county, and both of them convinced me that the appointment of Pibor commissioner in the hand of vice president Zobier due to the security reasons and I stopped my claim.

From that time we adopted Ayoub  patience and today Pochalla commissioner post in our hands because of our liberators of Pochalla men and the spiritual leader the late Dr John a man who convinced movement not eliminate the Morle (Morlo) tribe. He died for our sake, he has no tribe. Please you need to learn how  be patience and trust comrade Silva Kiir, and make sure that he is the man of this critical time, let him row the boat and don’t wreck it before we cross the river we have no Moses stick.

Lastly I want to assure that no single tribe hating Murle (Murlo), we are all sons of God with the same rights, rights to rule , rights to be govern by somebody, rights to produce your own biological kids, rights to possess your own cattle’s but if they died be patience and wait your chance of getting another one by peaceful means I mean to say buy another one or go to your friends to borrow you. Don’t rely on one career you can change it if generating a lots of troubles to your family.
