The court ruling over disputing region of Abyei has created many question marks to the law experts around the world forget about the ordinary person who have no Idea about the credibility and the reliability of the court verdict.
The governing party explained to the wider world how they won the case simply because of the oil fields that has been left out after the reduction of Abyei map size, but the facts remained there indicating that the court verdict did not hit the target, consequently the demarcation of the south north boundaries will be the most toughest challenges ever face by international court in the history.
We have learned that NCP leader’s celebration does not reveal the real happiness; they know that the games are not over and they are digging hardly to find a hole that could let their ball get through.
The Misseriya political leaders still celebrating along side with Khartoum government where as their people in the rural areas are living fear that the verdict could be the worse turning point in their history, it will jeopardize chances of cattle’s grazing in the Dinka areas over the next years.
Who to blame for what is going to happen in the future? Misseriya must answer the question. They involved themselves in a long marathon of hostilities with Ngok Dinkas without reasons despite that they were welcomed and honoured to use all pastures own by Ngok Dinkas. They renamed Kiir River as Bar Arab, but they are not Arab, they are African from the west. The central government gave them baseless category of the black Misseriya and the red simply to encourage abduction of Dinka children.
The central government leaders from far north, they don’t care about Misseriya future, they are focusing on their own interest and that cannot be achieve without inciting Misseriya to use many types of aggressiveness against our brothers Ngok Dinkas.
But I believe that Misseriya still have a lot of chances to retain and keep on good things in their lives if they respect Dinka rights. They must renounce violence against Ngok Dinka and accept that the land belong to them. They must turn their back on central government if they are asked to start war against their neighbours. That is the only way that can survive their hopes, or they should request government of south to give them a chance to resettle in the middle of Jonglei state as a new southerners so the Murle, Dinka Bor, Lou Nuer and Anyuak will give them new style of lives and Iam sure that they will learn how to blow Ngondeng Pipe and trumpet without trainer in one month.
On the other hand the immediate concern here is the Provocative statement from the federal minister Zobier Ahmed Hassan, he pointed out that the oil fields now don’t belong to the south any more and as result the south government should pay back the oil revenue that has been used by south before the court verdict. Ridiculous statement
The facts is, the governing party not satisfied with the court verdict they are worrying that the court will rule in favour of the south over the next round of border demarcation, and alternatively they are trying to provoke our feeling to react angrily so the war will restart before the referendum.
The north believed that the court verdict resulted from too much pressure internationally to defuse the causes of too much aggression from two parties over the disputing region of Abyei.
Now we need to be well prepared for the next border demarcation, we need to form a delegation to visit Egypt and Britain libraries to find reliable sources of evidence before any court hearing contest. We need to consult our leaders who ruled the south after Addiss Ababa agreement in 1972. Please references are needed for the next holy war.
The little money we have must be use for military purpose, Hospitals and Education no more expenditure this time, it will be a mistake if you believe that we can retain what we miss by peaceful means, and as I said before that the international community is not hundred percent helpful, self reliance is most important than any thing in the world today. Our students at both levels must get training because we are going to face enemies from different world if we are force to the war again.
Long live south Sudan arm forces
Long live Pochalla fighters
Long live Anyuak entire communit
