Pochalla county intellectuals must learn from the past

The internal battle between Pochalla leaders now is over after a long fighting over commissionership post of county, but the impacts and disadvantages remained as it is and it will take time to recover from.

The leaders did not realise that what they are doing could divide our people despite we are in a young county that need support from the entire family.

I have been talking to many leaders from disputing parties to stop immediately any confrontation with former commissioner and handover the responsibility to the state government to investigate the allegations so that we can avoid any kind of political division.

Now the county already divided on geographical grounds and the trust has been jailed for no clear term. Your people are living fear no peace of mind at all no access to cultivate no way to move around, women are not allowed to collect  woods from the forest, no child will accompany his mum in absence of his dad because of Murle raiders.

Please, what you are doing hurting us badly and you need to be remind with the statements of corporal Ismaiel Konyi : He said several times that local border between two tribes will be Oboath river and you are neglecting his statements.

The right time has come for you to address the small differences within the county and the bad policies must be change and the conflict of interest must be eradicated under any circumstances.

Think about the development of your people and prioritise their security and strengthen their relationship and make sure that the establishment of our county has come as a result of their presence in that land. Without citizen there will be no county. Any leader who will do that will rule for ever and I personally ready to back him no matter who he is.

Next year the headquarter of Pochalla county should be transferred to Otiego town followed by creation of three police check points in Ojwa, Otiedy ( Okello) and Wiobul, and before that time the new commissioner must held meetings with the county leaders including all kings in the county plus some of brothers with a good position and good feeling like ( Stephen Ogut, Obang Okonj) I believe they can give us a good advise , they are wise , they love their people.

If we create these three check points the citizens will come back to resettle in their previous areas, you better learn from Abeyi Problem how it started, leave army in the border. Also encourage process of peace with good leaders of Murle.
