Mr Solana always faster and active when visiting Middle East on behalf of European Union urging two nations Palestine and Israel to renounce violence, hostilities and form separate states living side by side in peace. But he doesn’t care about Sudan conflict because northerners were victorious against the south and their children are not in danger during war time unlike southerners children.
Now he is lobbying for unified Sudan rather than two states, but in Middle East he is lobbying for two different states. Surprisingly I can’t, find the reasons why separation is needed in Middle East between Israel and Palestine and not welcome in Sudan.
If an ordinary person paid visit today to Israel state it will be difficult for him to discriminate a Palestine man from the Jews unless he speaks his own language known an Arabic language, but his colour and the whole body looked like Jews. Despite that Mr Solana don’t want them to stay as a one nation, putting pressure on Israel to release Palestine rights and form a new state with full sovereignty.
In Sudan the different between Arabs minority and Africans does not need a time to search; it is very obvious to the extent that the cattle’s own by northerners quietly different from one we have in the south, forget about human beings. The language and the cultures that existed in the north are not there in the south since the beginning of the Arabs fled from Gazera desert. But despite that Solana have an opinion to endorse the unity of Sudan against southerners wills. Solana statement hurting and dangerous at all, should we hurry up to stop it before it could spread like Swine Flu across the Europe? The answer should be yes.
My friends, I have mentioned before in one of my articles that international community can change its policies any time, therefore self reliance at this critical moment is needed. Mr Solana knows that the political dispute in Middle East and the one we have in Sudan has come as a result of British policies before independence and now he is committed to solve Middle East dispute in favour of Arabs, but he don’t want it to happen in Sudan in favour of the true owner. Who to blame may be our colour could be the problem.
It seems to be good if we could send a delegation to European Union to challenge and denounce Solana statement. He might have been terrified by Arabs, but it will not justify his statement over Sudanese referendum. He should remain neutral if he doesn’t want to support southerners’ independence.
We better start trading our raw resources today not tomorrow to empower our fighters, we don’t need to wait, Arabs will not let us to go without hurdles on way. Stop permanent buildings. Don’t reduce your forces and strengthen our relationship with all states around us. We need to respect their citizens because tomorrow they will show same respect to any visitors from our nations.
