What is going to happen if Mr President Bashier failed in upcoming election and the results favour one of his political rivals? Should he leave the country to line up with asylum seekers? Or he will remain in the country waiting call from International Criminal Court to defend charges laid against him? All these questions will be answered shortly if Sudanese agreed to run the election over the next two months despite that lawlessness expected to grow bigger and bigger.
Three weeks ago a shoe was thrown at President Bashier publicly and the government officials denied any political motivation behind the act, but it was mentally motivated according to their report. Now many parties contesting the election at both levels started to file their claims to the electoral commission advocating necessity of withdrawal of Bashier nomination from presidential candidacy list before the deadline arguing that Mr President does not comply with conditions required from all nominees. He is murderer, liar, and cheater of elected democratic government. The list goes on.
The support circle for Mr Bashier party getting narrow and the spirit of rivalling rising to the sky since the first political demonstration after two decade of ruling. Our President has come through many chances to leave the office peacefully without any charges been laid against him by Sudanese themselves or international community; he would have resign upon the completion of peace agreement between disputing parties NCP and SPLA/M and hand over his powers to the government of unity to avoid the current rope around his neck, unfortunate he denied all chances and beat his chest to die in power so that his name will be printed in Arabs world history as a hero.
Now our President has no clear policies to lead the state for another term except too much visit to the close friends who cannot apply any little change toward sanctions against the country or charges against him beating the drums of victory against International Criminal Court Resolution. Some Arabs countries like Egypt for example does not take much care about Sudanese President Problem, they are expecting new charismatic president capable to clear Sudan from radicalism and freeze border demarcation between two states to maintain ownership on Halaieb triangle.
We learnt that NCP urging SPLM to withdraw its presidential candidate nominee Mr Arman as a deal to normalise partnership and finalise remain issues relating to implementation of peace agreement or strengthen the deceptive relationship over the next coming months. The facts are: If Bashier win the election there will be no change at all, it will not relieve all Sudanese from their chronic problem, and instead it will escalate the situation follow by massive chaotic across the state and the rate of political violence and political assassination will go up. The militants loyal to the governing party dominating the capital Khartoum tomorrow will turn their backs on Bashier for their own interest.
In fact our president ship sailing against the current to no where at all and the political Islamic slogan floating in the Ocean without much care about, it look like a gone case. The founder himself uncle Turabi described Sharia Laws in Sudan as a private laws serving individual interest instead of nations as well as shields to the governing party.
Now Mr Bashier want to serve more term in the office not because he love it, but because he is living like an accused released on bail waiting trial, he can be call by Sudanese themselves to attend the court or by international community at any time. His file case growing and the pressure on him continuing, accelerating day and night. Many people believe that a man has an iron heart but at the same time they are expecting him to commit a suicide soon as an alternative to close his case and stop unclean lips against west and Israel. The shoe missile thrown at him could be a retaliatory act against his speech in Darfur when he repeated it several times that western countries underneath his shoe. What a man!
