Fire Incidents in Doncaster

Firefighters from Doncaster station responded to a blaze that occurred at 7.45pm on Windsor View, Rossington. They successfully extinguished the fire and concluded their operation at 8.25pm.

Later that evening, at around 9pm, a bin caught fire accidentally on West Laith Gate. The Doncaster firefighters promptly attended the incident and wrapped up their work by 9.15pm.

At 9.25pm, two fire crews from Dearne and Edlington stations were called to a derelict building fire on High Street, Mexborough. This particular fire was believed to have been intentionally started. The crews managed to control the fire and departed the scene by 10.25pm.

Meanwhile, at 9.30pm, Adwick firefighters were called to a deliberate rubbish fire on Castle Hills Road, Scawthorpe. They remained at the location until 10.05pm, ensuring the fire was fully extinguished.

In another incident, firefighters from Adwick station responded to a deliberate vehicle fire at 2.40am on The Crescent, Woodlands. After carefully extinguishing the fire, the crew returned to their base at 3.10am.
