Authorities received reports of a wrong-way driver who had struck multiple vehicles on I-375 before proceeding northbound in the southbound lanes of I-75, colliding with several other vehicles, including a Ford.

While most injuries from the various collisions were minor, the drivers of the Ford and the at-fault driver were both hospitalized with serious injuries. The at-fault driver is currently in critical condition.
Southbound I-75 was closed for approximately five hours following the crash.
