Condolences - SPLM chapter of Minnesota in the USA

May 3, 2008 - The marginalized regions of Sudan has once again lost its beloved sons and daughters, not in the war related cause as we expect, but brutally from something else, so it is really disturbing.

We have experienced enough bad NEWS during the wartime, thinking that one day we might rest, but already in a different way, we have gone through another confused path. The people of the Southern Sudan, Southern Kordufan and Southern Blue Nile cannot manage to pay this price any more.

SPLM chapter of Minnesota in the USA would like to express its profound sorrow for the loss of Southern Sudan senior officials as a result of airplane crash, May 2, 2008. 

We also extend our sympathy to the families, relatives,

colleagues and friends of the heroes who lost their lives.

It is a great loss to our young Government of Southern Sudan in particular and the people of Southern Sudan at large.

May God be rest their souls peacefully and be with us all and give us strength and courage to continue to 2011.
