Police Investigate Alleged Assault on Train near Glasgow

Police are currently searching for a man who was reportedly carrying a black bin bag on a train as they investigate an alleged assault near Glasgow. The incident occurred on a train traveling between Alexandria and Drumchapel on Tuesday, July 25. British Transport Police have urged the public to come forward if they have any information or if they recognize the man in question.

The assault is said to have taken place on the Balloch to Old Kilpatrick train at approximately 10:25 am. The police are hoping that this individual may have crucial information that can aid them in their investigation. The man in question is described as white, of medium build, and aged between 30 and 40, with short light brown hair.

At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a black jacket with a hood, black trousers or jogging bottoms with a red stripe down each side, and black trainers. He was also carrying a black bin bag and a black rucksack. Witnesses also noted that he was wearing a black face mask.
